III. Salary and Allowance

1. Professors (or equivalent to the Positions)
   •Shihezi University will provide a suit of apartment (100m2) which is simply decorated and the university will provide corresponding life necessaries.
   •Salary:￥400-500 thousand per year.
   •Fees for setting up Research Base (PI Laboratory): ￥1.8-2 million
   
2. Associate professors (or equivalent to the Positions)
   •Shihezi University will provide a suit of apartment (100m2) which is simply decorated and the university will provide corresponding life necessaries.
   •Salary:￥300-400 thousand per year.
   •Fees for setting up Research Base (PI Laboratory):
   ￥1.2-1.5 million Yuan
   
3. International working Experiences for continuously 3 years after
   obtaining PhD
   •Shihezi University will provide a suit of apartment (100m2) which is simply decorated and the university will provide corresponding life necessaries.
   •Salary: ￥200-300 thousand per year.
   •Fees for setting up Research Base (PI Laboratory):
   ￥800-1000 thousand.
   The detailed salary will be decided after the discussion and the payments for setting up Research Bases which are mentioned above can be used only after the argumentation. The employee of our university must serve as a full-time faculty, work according to the agreement, and are assessed by corresponding office of the university every year. If the employee's mate needs a job, the university can provide a certain position.
